This homemade costume for boys entered our 2021 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kallie, the 'Carl Fredricksen & Russell' costume creator:
My identical twin boys are wearing the costumes. For the Boy Scout costume, I cut felt to make all the badges & logos. I then measured how long I would need to make the sash and hot glued everything together. Ordered a plain yellow shirt/plain yellow hat & hot glued the felt to it.
