This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Laura, the 'Carlos from SoCal' costume creator:
Carlos the bull terrier mix from the east coast is Carlos from SoCal this Halloween. His name is Carlos so we played on that. He already owned the sunglasses. We went to the thrift shop to get a white undershirt and stumbled across a Rocawear shirt that perfectly put his costume together. Then we went to Party City to pick up a gold chain to tie it all together. The total cost of the costume was about $14.
