This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Angie, the 'Carol of The Arrow' costume creator:
This is Téa my 2 year old daughter. We fell in love with Carol of the Arrow last year when we saw her on an episode of Sophia the First! I tried to stay true to the character, so I brought 1 yard of green fabric and 1/2 yard of lighter green for the dress and belt, a sheet of rust orange felt, some white string, two green feathers, and gold jewels for the belt(HOBBY LOBBY). I brought a wooden bow and arrow and quiver from walmart.com
