This homemade costume for kids entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.

The idea came since my 10 year old son, Zaidyn, decided to go with a mullet for the 2020-2021 school year. I knew for Halloween costumes there weren't many choices. I showed him some photos of infamous people with mullets and he chose Joe!
