Coco as Carrie White Costume

This is a DIY costume I made for Coco, my Shichon. Made mostly from found objects, and no sewing, I hot glued the fabric together, added glitter letters CARRIE on a sash I made from an old skirt I found at a thrift store. I bought the wig and tiara, folded wig in half to fit her, added elastic band under her chin, that went thru wig mesh to hold tiara in place, then added red acrylic paint all over the dress and wig. I cut holes for her legs and tail and I am dressed up as Carrie's mother in the original movie, played by Piper Laurie. Coco has been dressing up since she was a tiny puppy, so she is used to it but for the most part puts up with my crazy ideas every year and I love her so much for it. The only thing she requests is a Beggin Strip and a pat on the head. How can you not love that? My little love :)
