This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Meghan, the 'Minnie Mouse' costume creator:
I am wearing the Minnie Mouse costume. This is for the most creative Halloween costume category. The head is completely homemade from paper mache, cardboard ears, then used molding styrofoam for shaping the mouth, and covered the whole thing with white spray paint, then used black fabric overtop for the black areas. It took about two weeks of evenings to complete the whole costume, and cost $100 in supplies for everything. I hope you guys enjoy it!
