This homemade costume for couples entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Gwen, the 'Peter Pan and his Shadow' costume creator:
My husband and I are Peter Pan and Peter Pan's runaway shadow. The idea was sparked by Pinterest. My original idea was to be Peter Pan and Tinkerball. When we were looking on Pinterest on how to make a Peter Pab costume we found a photo of a boy dressed as Peter Pan's shadow. My husband got excited and said he wanted to be Peter Pan's shadow instead. I went from being Tinkerbell to Peter Pan. My husband bought a black morph suit from Amazon and I got some green tights from Target. I took oversized t-shirts and cut triangles on the ends of the shirts and sleeves. My husband made the hats out of felt and fabric glue. We found belts in our closets to match the outfits and we had our costumes!
