Princess Jasmine Costume

I have always been drawn to the beautiful outfit of Princess Jasmine. So this year I took the challenge of recreating her outfit to wear for Halloween. To a lot of people's surprise, this costume was made mostly with hot glue although I used my basic sewing knowledge to sew the straps onto the bra so that they wouldn't snap off anytime during the night. I bought a cheap bra from Ross and covered it with fabric and details as seen in the photos. All of the fabric was purchased from a nearby craft store and I tried to incorporate a little more glam/glitter than the average Jasmine costume. The average total cost of fabric and details added to the outfit was about $45. My best friend and I decided to coordinate our outfits by having her dress up as Rajah from Aladdin.
