This homemade costume for families entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelsey, the 'Cat in the Hat' costume creator:
This is a picture of my son as the cat in the hat riding in the thingimijigger. It is his first Halloween at the local 2019 zoo boo! I hand painted his face and made his car. The second photo is of our family costume. We chose to be thing one and two so that he would be the star of the show.
