This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Angela, the 'Cat Woman from Batman' costume creator:
I am wearing this costume my neighbor I got the idea from and I got a cape from this neighbor then I made it with a black skirt, a batman cape, high heals black witch boots, fish net tights, fish net gloves, and black headband with kitty ears, and also I almost forget my witch spell wand and also a leopard animal print top.
