This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Chris, the 'Catwoman' costume creator:
Four-year-old Scarlett is wearing a mostly homemade Catwoman costume. The cowl was purchased on Amazon and had to be altered to fit her small head. White stitching and alterations were made to a pair of faux leather leggings and unitard. The claws were made with thimbles, alligator hair clips, and wire. A corset and boot covers were made with vinyl, sequin trim, grommets, and lacing.
