This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lea, the 'Hulk Hogan' costume creator:
This costume was so cheap and easy to make! I bought a yellow shirt, white leggings & red bandana! I already had a red boa and wrist bands. I tie dyed the leggings with a couple runner bands and some spray dye I got at Hobby Lobby! The Hulkamania logo on my shirt and bandana were just screen printed from online! I covered an old belt with felt and bedazzled a piece of cardboard for the belt! I was comfortable all night and got a ton of compliments! Helps that I am already blonde! :) WHATCHU GONNA DO, BROTHER?! :)
