This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amy, the 'Lady Gaga Hello Kitty' costume creator:
I am wearing this costume that I made. I pinned on the Hello Kitty dolls on a corset and two petty coats. It took me about a month, because I was constantly re-arranging the dolls to get the dress right. I bought cupcake toppers for the shoes. I cut the ring part off of each cupcake topper and glued them to the shoes. I made a hello kitty doll as a hair clip too.
This was inspired from Lady Gaga's photo-shoot for Hello Kitty.
