This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.

My 2 year old; he has a very on the go personality and is extremely chatty so a windup chattering teeth toy just was too perfect! Felt, cardboard, wires, hot glue, and styrofoam used- cost- $20.
