This homemade costume for pets entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Megan, the 'Chef's Special' costume creator:
Hula and Captain are dressed as a chef and spaghetti with meatballs. I was looking for a combination costume that no one else would be wearing. The chef costume is part of a kid career dress up and the spaghetti was made from yarn.
