This is 2 1/2-year-old Luke who dressed up as Chucky for Halloween this year. Handmade and painted toddler Chucky costume made with acrylic paint. Oshkosh thermal long-sleeved teeshirt colored in with permanent marker, overalls from baby gap painted with acrylic paint, and red converse hightop sneakers. Total cost under $100. Several ideas found on Pinterest. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
