Chomper Plant from Plants vs Zombie Costume

Seth is a Chomper Plant from Plants vs Zombies this year.
The head was made out of paper mache using a yoga ball. I wrapped the ball with a plastic food wrap before covering it. You can decide how big you want it for your chomper head.
I made 7 layers to make sure it was sturdy. I left an opening when I can have access to deflate the ball. I cut out the mouth part and hot glued lengthwise half of soft foam roll. I also sewed the foam to the paper mache as a second protection to make sure it sticks. The spikes and teeth were made of cardboard. All the leaves were made of Green foam sheets from Hobby Lobby. I put velco so it will be easy to wrap around. I used acrylic to paint the head. The clothes were bought from Amazon.
I also painted my son's old shoes with acrylic paint. I put battery operated halloween lights from Dollar Tree.
