This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Genny, the 'Chucky' costume creator:
My daughter, Katie Ball, is wearing this costume. She got the idea because of her hair. Each year she designs a costume around that crazy hair of hers! She went to the thrift store to get the shorts and shirt. Ordered the shoes off amazon. And had one of her best friends apply her Chucky makeup. Last year she was an amazing Lioness!! Her mane was beautiful! This year she went a little 'scary'!
