This homemade costume for kids entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kenneth, the 'Chucky & Tiffany' costume creator:
My youngest son went as Chucky, & his sister dressed up as Tiffany from 'Bride of chucky". We used eyeliner, red sharpie, & some red hairspray for the makeup effects
