This homemade costume for babies entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mindy, the 'Chucky' costume creator:
Brooks is wearing a "Chucky" costume. I got the idea from his red hair. I used my cricut and made the same designs on his overall that Chucky had. Glue gunned buttons on his overall and got close to matching shirt and shoes as Chucky wears.
