This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Chucky' costume creator:
My 21 month old daughter Kayleigh is wearing the costume. We just got the shirt and overalls from thrift stores to put the outfit together. We got red hairspray to spray her hair and face paint to paint her face!
