This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Loree, the 'Chucky' costume creator:
My 17 month old son is wearing a chucky costume that is home made. Super easy, just used a ten dollar make up kit. I used eye liner to make the scars.
