This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Arjayssa, the 'Chucky Baby Doll' costume creator:
My 2 yr old son is wearing the CHuckie doll custome. It was his 2nd Halloween. :) He had this blue overalls and long sleeved red shirt. What I did was add some designs on his clothing to make it look like what Chuckie wear. I use felt paper, a red button, and scrap boo materials. I actually made a red wig for him out of a yarn but he didn't like wearing it. However, he enjoyed the makeup session. :)
