This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shelley, the 'Ciel Phantomhive' costume creator:
This character is from a cartoon called Black Butler. Ciel is actually a little boy but is disguised as a girl for this part. It is such a cute costume, when I saw it on ebay for $30 in my size I snatched it up.
