This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Cinderella' costume creator:
My 3 year old daughter loves Cinderella. I ordered the dress from aliexpress.com for $8.00. I made a choker necklace out of a piece of black glitter elastic I got from Walmart for $.99
I glued a headband with blue fabric. I got some big blue gems from Walmart and created some earings.
