Cindy Lou Who Costume

My daughter 22 months old reminds us of Cindy Lou Who not just by her smile and personality but her looks as well.

I hand sewed a simple fleece dress and poncho, attached them so there was no chocking hazard. Make a huge Christmas bow and big beaded necklace. Found some gold glitter shoes at a thrift store and added some coordinating under clothes for warmth. Most important we're her braids with pipe cleaners to help them stand upright.

She wore her costume proud and we said.
