Cindy Lou Who Costume

My daughter has an obsession with "The Grinch" movie this year. She wanted to be Cindy Lou Who but I could not find a good costume anywhere. I ended up piecing it together. I made the cape out of felt and hot glued a white boa around the edges. I ordered her shoes and tights on amazon and bought the dress at Dillard's. For her hair I used pipe cleaners to hold the side braids, Used a small solo cup for the top of her head then curled all the other pieces, then finished it off with a red bow. It turned out better than I expected. She was proud to wear this costume.
