This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Liz, the 'Cleopatra' costume creator:
Inspired by the 1930's Cleopatra movie and made in about 48 hours. The big jewery at the top of the dress is actually earings and bale wire and a lot of glitter!
