This homemade costume for couples entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Traci, the 'Cloudy with a Chance of Candy' costume creator:
My best friend and I have coordinated our daughters costumes for the last nine years. This year they wanted to go as a weather girl and a rain could. It took about 8 hrs to make the cloud and roughly 100.00 dollars. Weather girl was abut much easier and cost about 60.00.
