Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs Costume

Straight from the town of Chewandswallow, this literary character costume was inspired from the book “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.”

First, find a light grey suit coat and Goodwill and dye it yellow. Then get 5 styrofoam balls from Michaels, beat them up. But, and paint them brown and swirl in some dark browns. Elmer’s glue to get a greasy shine. Hot glue string and balls to umbrella along with some yellow yarn. I also added some long pins under the umbrella to hold the meatballs in place. Glue some remaining noodles and meatballs onto a cheap plate.

Top hat and glasses with mustache were Amazon purchases.

Finally, stuff the shirt with pillow for a big belly, add a fork to the pockets, and bon appetite
