This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stacey, the 'Clown' costume creator:
My daughter, who is 2, chose this costume! We took her to the Halloween store, put her in front of the wall of costumes that were her size and told her to choose anything she wanted. To my surprise, my sweet little girl picked the Creepy Clown! With some drugstore makeup, hairspray, and a red balloon we had our very own mini Pennywise.
