Clueless - Cher Costume

This is my 14 month old daughter, Leighton, dressed as Cher from the movie “Clueless.” The idea came to me when I was shopping for fabric for the Etsy shop my sister and I have (We make Children’s clothing) and I saw a yellow plaid, so I did a little more searching and found “Cher’s plaid” on a website called spoonflower, it was perfect! I found a pattern for a baby blazer and skirt and my sister was able to sew it for me. The fuzzy pen (which I removed the pen part from) cane from Claire’s, just like all of mine did in the 90s, and her mini backpack and knee highs are from Target. We had so much fun putting this costume together and I think Leighton was really happy to wear it!
