This homemade costume for men entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Eliot, the 'Colonel Carrying Chicken' costume creator:
I crafted this costume from a commercial chicken costume, Tub & PVC from a hardware store. And clothes all from goodwill except the tie I ordered online. So far people have loved it and I have won both costume contests I entered.
