This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kristin, the 'Colorful Owl' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing the costume. I made the onesie part and bought the hat on Etsy. I used a stripped onesie and sewed the feathers on the front from the bottom up. I sewed them all down so they would not flip up, and it look way better that way. This cost under $10 and a little time.
