This homemade costume for kids entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.

Colin the army man and Adelyn as Rosie the Riveter
Colin loves playing with his army men so we made him into one. Adelyn became part of the theme.
Lots of cardboard, spray paint, and built the tank around his wheelchair, the cannon is pvc. I attached 2 slats to the wheelchair and just made the rest up as I went. The wheels are foam. The front does open up to allow easy access to the chair. Rolls around very easily. Total cost around $50
