This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Michelle, the 'Comic Book Girl' costume creator:
I'm wearing a bridesmaid dress I wore in 2006. I printed out the POW picture and double edge taped to my dress. It took an hour to do my makeup and I bought a pink wig and cut it to a shorter bob. I loved how it turned out!!
