This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dima, the 'Conehead Mom' costume creator:
I took a panty hose that has the stay up rubber at the top and stuffed it with cotton batting. I put on a bald cap and put the cone on. I used soft playdoh and molded the cone. I sprayed liquid cement on the cone to harden it. I used 2 bottles of foundation to math the colour of the cone to my face. This was heavy to wear!
