This homemade costume for women entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Holly, the 'Basketbelly Player' costume creator:
This is me 5 months pregnant. I searched the internet for cute costume ideas for pregnant women and came across the basketbelly player. I just went to the thrift store picked up a basketball jersey and shorts, paired it with long socks, sneakers, and head/wristbands. I brought it all home cut a hole in the jersey so my pregnant belly would pop through. My son painted my belly up like a basketball and WALLLAH.....I became a basketball star!
