This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rachel, the 'Creepy Doll' costume creator:
My daughter, Makiya (9 years old) had a last minute Halloween party, and we weren't prepared. We watched a tutorial on how to do doll makeup, used what we had lying around, she paired it with her bear hat, and tutu, with her rain boots and came up with this look. It's now inspired me with my costume.
