This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Donna, the 'Honey Boo Boo' costume creator:
I love the show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, and being a Mom and Grandma, I love the adorable little dresses they wear in those pagents and decided to make myself one. I used a modified Glinda sewing pattern, and added a ton of ruffles and glitz. And no Boo Boo is complete without her pet pig Glitzy. I spray painted my shoes white, added bows, and ruffled socks to finish the look. Wig, tiara and white gloves were a must have for the costume. I am 48 years old, but felt much younger that night...LOL. Everywhere I went, people shouted..Here comes Honey Boo Boo!!! I had a blast!!
