This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Brandy, the 'Sweet Cotton Candy' costume creator:

My daughter Olivia is wearing a pink cotton candy costume and wig that I made out of pol-file and spray adhesive. I glue it onto a shirt and then spray painted it pink. Her sisters are clowns .

i think she meant poly-fil. It's used as the stuffing for plush toys and crafts.
