This homemade costume for groups entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shannon, the 'The Circus is in Town' costume creator:
This year we got the whole circus to come to town. These pieces for the costumes were put together from past pieces from dance class costumes, things from our closets or the thrift store with some things hot glued. The only things we purchased were the muscles for strongman & a few accessories items.
