This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Keri, the 'The Grinch and Cindy Lou Who' costume creator:
These are my daughters's costume that I made for them. They came up with the idea to be the Grinch and Cindy Lou Who from a "Spirit Day-Crazy Hair Day" they had at school.
I used a sewing pattern of a tunic top and legging with some modifications for the Grinch and a nightgown with some modifications for Cindy Lou Who. Some green paint, some green make-up,a wig and of course a stuffed Max (another idea of my daughter's) and there you have it.
I spent about 120.00 on both costumes together.
