Cowboy Costume

I decided to dress my little boy up as a cowboy for Halloween and he it turned out better than what I thought! I purchased a leather jacket from the Goodwill and used the arm sleeves as the chaps. I cut the back out of the jacket to fit the vest pattern I stole from a vest he already owned. My goal was not to make one stitch. From the extra material I cut strips, to make tassels and hot glued to each side of the chaps. I also added some fringe on the front of the vest to dress it up. I hot glued Velcro where I needed the vest and the back of the chaps to hold together. I found plastic spurs at the dollar store that fit perfectly. Turned out super cute!
