Despicable Me 2 Family Costume

Our costume this year includes Agnes when she is with her unicorn, Kevin as an evil purple minion, and Stuart, the one-eyed minion.

For Agnes, we found most of the outfit at our local Goodwill- striped yellow shirt & overalls. I sprayed her hair with lots of Aussie hairspray and black hair paint and added a red ribbon. I purchased the unicorn on Zulily and added Kevin the minion from a keyring onto the back. For her princess "hat," it was made of felt then I added the gold ribbon and gold material and finished it off with some spray glitter.

For the Kevin, the evil purple minion- I found the purple shirt and denim at Goodwill and added the M logo. She wore purple tights and black boots. Her hair is her own hair teased with Aussie hair spray and sprayed purple with hair paint. The goggles are made from empty ribbon spools purchased at the Dollar Tree. We sprayed them silver and hot glued them to an elastic hair band. We found the yucky teeth at the Dollar Tree. And yes, she walked around making the evil minion noises.

For Stuart, this was a last minute idea. I purchased the yellow hoodie from Walmart, added the logo, and created the one-eyed goggle the same as the purple minion. Added some jeans, yellow socks, and boots, and voila!- instant minion!
