This homemade costume for couples entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Angie, the 'Dumb and Dumber' costume creator:
My husband and I, his favorite movie! We went around to thrift shops and different pieces and used lots of spray paint! I wanted mine to be more Girly:) so I wore a kind suit coat and little ruffled shorts with blue and white striped thigh highs, and blue tall boots! Even blacked out his tooth!
