Popeye Baby Costume

Celebrating his first Halloween as Popeye! The costume was made using a black long sleeve onsie and adding ribbon and nude colored fabric to make the arms. The collar was made of felt, and buttons were added. The pipe was made of a wooden dowel and a piece of pvc piping and hot glued to a binky. I found blue pants and made the belt out of brown felt. The hat was sewn using white felt (and lots of finger pricks!). The can was a can of Popeye spinach from the grocery store - cleaned and drilled a hole to use as a candy basket (not that he could eat any!)
