This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Monica, the 'Peacock' costume creator:
I am in LOVE with anything peacock. I found a photo online of a costume that I wanted. I had previously dyed some bridal shoes and added peacock feathers to make something I had found on Pinterest. I wanted to be able to wear them with my costume. I was able to order some fabric in the color I had chosen to dye the shoes from the bridal store. A friend of mine who owns a flower shop and also sews was able to help me make my costume dream come true.
