This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Anna, the 'Pink Flamingo & Peacock' costume creator:
Sisters Alivia and Amaya in their coordinated pink flamingo and peacock costumes. The tutus, hat, and mask are handmade and were purchased on Etsy.com. The accessories were thrown together from things I found at Michaels craftstore, including colored hair spray.
