This homemade costume for kids entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'R2D2' costume creator:
I made this costume using paper mache, fleece fabric, foam and hot glue. I started with a work out ball to form the paper mache round head. Glued that to cardboard to form the body. Cut holes for the arms and eye and covered the whole thing in fabric. I used foam for all the detailing.
